Easy Meals
- Breakfast: 2 eggs over-easy on a bed of greens with 1/2 cup berries
- Lunch: Belgian endive salad with 1/2 cup chick peas
- Dinner: Herbed Honey-Mustard Chicken (~3 oz.) with 1/2 cup quinoa, side of cauliflower or broccoli, and garden salad.
